Carole DeRoche
President, DDN Medical Affairs
Carole DeRoche was named President of DDN Medical affairs in 2008. Prior to joining DDN, Carole worked for Schwarz Pharma, Inc. for nineteen years, serving in various capacities including Vice-President of Marketing, Director of Medical and Drug Information and Associate Director of Professional Services. Prior to joining Schwarz Pharma, Carole taught medical laboratory sciences at the Medical College of Wisconsin, Marquette University and Concordia College. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology and a Master’s degree in Educational Administration from Marquette University and has done graduate work in pathology.

Donna Multhauf
Director of Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance
Before coming to DDN Medical Affairs as the head of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance, Donna had more than 20 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, starting in the analytical laboratory of a small firm. Later, Donna had the opportunity to move into clinical research where she monitored and managed both domestic and foreign clinical studies for Schwarz Pharma US. Donna ultimately transferred to regulatory affairs department where she became Director, Regulatory Affairs managing submissions of INDs, NDAs, ANDAs, amendments and supplements.
Donna has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison Wisconsin and a Masters in Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management.

Victoria Geskin, M.D.
Medical Director
Victoria Geskin, M.D., joined DDN Medical Affairs in 2010 as Medical Director with more than 10 years of experience in drug safety and pharmacovigilance in all phases of safety, including clinical and post-marketing. Victoria’s background as a licensed physician gives her unique perspective and understanding of drug safety and its crucial role in meeting the business goals of DDN Medical Affairs’ clients.
Before coming to DDN Medical Affairs, Victoria worked in a variety of drug safety roles, most recently as an independent consultant for a variety of companies including DDN Medical Affairs. Prior to that, she served in various positions at UCB in Smyrna, Ga., a global biopharmaceutical company. Victoria earned her Medical Doctorate degree from the Medical College of Georgia, a Master’s degree in information and computer science from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree in information and computer science from the same school.

Ryan Gehrke Pharm.D.
Manager, Drug Safety
Ryan Gehrke was promoted to DDN Medical Affairs’ Manager, Drug Safety in 2010 after serving as Manager, Medical Information for two years. Ryan brings a combination of community pharmacy and pharmaceutical industry experience to DDN Medical Affairs which assures that a broad spectrum of client needs will be met.
Ryan’s drug information experience includes three years as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Illinois-Chicago Drug Information Center, an internship in Medical and Scientific Affairs at Takeda Pharmaceuticals, and two years as Manager, Drug Information at Schwarz Pharma. Ryan’s experience also includes over four years of community pharmacy experience including pharmacy management.
Ryan earned his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Illinois-Chicago College of Pharmacy and a Bachelor of Arts in biology from Ripon College in Ripon, Wis. Ryan is a licensed pharmacist in Wisconsin.

Christine Bretzmann, Pharm.D.
Manager, Medical Information
Christine Bretzmann joined DDN Medical Affairs in 2010 as Manager, Medical Information. Christine’s experience in the pharmaceutical industry, combined with her background in clinical pharmacy and clinical research, provide her with the knowledge and expertise to benefit DDN Medical Affairs’ clients. As Manager, Medical Information, Christine is responsible for all aspects of medical and drug information functions.
Prior to joining DDN Medical Affairs, Christine was a clinical pharmacist and study coordinator at a regional dialysis company covering Southeastern Wisconsin. Christine has also served as Manager, Drug Information at Schwarz Pharma in Mequon, Wisconsin and as a clinical pharmacist at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Christine earned a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Michigan and completed a practice residency at St. Luke’s Medical Center, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She is a licensed pharmacist in Wisconsin.
